On 26 February, Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited ("Envision Greenwise Group", formerly known as "Golden Ponder Holdings Limited") entered into a "Green Energy Blanket Framework Agreement" with China Machinery & Equipment Hong Kong Company Limited. Based on the principles of "long-term cooperation, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit", both parties will collaborate under the model of "systematic deployment, intensive construction and integrated implementation",  jointly promote the development of green energy and smart building projects in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, the parties will continue to cooperate in the R&D of renewable energy technologies and applications in the future.
