The Company was established in 1985 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (the “Group”, 1783. HK) and mainly provides superstructure building and repair, maintenance, alteration and addition (“RMAA”) works service as a main contractor. Benefiting from the Group’s smart energy resources and professional licenses (Registered General Building Contractor and Registered Electrical Contractor, etc.), the Company is actively following the transformation and committed to developing energy-saving construction and intelligent energy management of buildings.
The Company was certified to meet the standards of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (OHS Management System) in 2017.

Meanwhile, we have strengthened safety education and vocational skills training for our employees, and established effective communication and consultation channels with them in order to consolidate human capital for sustainable development.
Environmental protection is a priority for us. We have established and continuously improved our environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001. Our focus is on integrating green and smart elements into our projects to achieve optimal energy-saving and emissions reduction effects.
We strive to enhance environmental protection and operational management measures throughout the entire lifecycle of buildings. Our aim is to control and govern from the source to the end, with a focus on reducing, reusing, recycling, and restoring (“4R”) materials. We also prioritize improving the efficiency of energy resource utilization while minimizing the impact of our operations on the environment and natural resources.
