On 17 November 2023, Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited ("Envision Greenwise Group") held its New Brand Launch Event in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The event attracted experts from the construction industry, green industry and academia, as well as partners and media, who jointly witnessed that Envision Greenwise Group has formally entered into the field of green energy infrastructure from the traditional construction field. Moving forward, the Group will actively contribute to the sustainable transformation of the construction industry through its smart building business and energy digitization.

Mr Kwok, the Chairman of Envision Greenwise Group, delivered an opening speech at the event. He stated that the Group will focus on five development strategies, including high-end talents, smart buildings, green energy, new materials and corporate culture, to lead the Group towards high-quality development. Mr Kwok mentioned that currently, the Group possesses comprehensive licenses in construction, electricity and environmental protection, with a professional team and an extensive network within the construction and renewable resources industries. In the future, the Group will leverage these advantages to incorporate intelligent green elements. On one hand, it will extensively apply green innovative technologies and smart energy-saving solutions in infrastructure projects and green development initiatives. On the other hand, it will actively expand the entire value chain of the green energy industry in Hong Kong and overseas, continuously enhancing the company's core competitiveness and establishing a sound ESG management system, to provide professional and smart solutions for customers and deliver solid and sustainable returns to shareholders.

Prof. CHAN Ching-chuen, SBS, a well-known expert in the industry of intelligent energy system, delivered the keynote speech at the event. He shared his profound insights on the progress and integration of innovative technologies in the future energy sector in the video. Prof. Chan proposed the innovative development concept of four networks (energy, information, transportation and humanity) and four flows (energy, information, material and value) of innovation and development, and proposed to integrate technological innovation with governance systems to achieve digital interconnection and interoperability. His theoretical guidance has played a crucial role in guiding the development strategy of Envision Greenwise Group.

The Chief Executive Officer, Mr Zhan, explained how the Group seizes the opportunities of the carbon-neutral era and aligns itself with the trend. By providing intelligent solutions of clean and renewable energy, the Group supports the Hong Kong government in promoting two major carbon-neutral strategies: "energy saving and green buildings" and "green transport", as well as actively empowers the green transformation of the construction industry. Presently, the Group's upgraded green infrastructure businesses include integrated energy efficiency retrofit services for buildings, infrastructure and installation of EV-charging services, development and application of new energy storage systems, etc. The Group will continue to empower its core products and solutions through sustainable solutions for green energy, including the disposal and recycling of batteries.

In the product launch session, Envision Greenwise Group demonstrated the new battery storage system and electric vehicle charging solutions, which enabled the attendees to personally experience the charm of the new products and the broad market prospects. The participating experts held the new products in high regard, recognizing their immense potential in terms of technological innovation and market applicability.
